Bellis Fair welcomes tourists by offering a Premier Passport Savings Sheet, good at participating stores. Must be an international traveler or visiting Bellis Fair from at least 50 miles away. Please be ready to present your I.D. for proof of residency.

Traveling from Canada?
We want to help make your shopping trip as enjoyable as possible. Here are some helpful hints:
*For the best exchange rate on your cash, exchange your currency prior to leaving Canada. As an alternative, use your credit card to make purchases in the U.S. Most credit card companies offer a great rate.
*Avoid long waits at the border. As a general rule of thumb, travel south prior to 9:30am on Saturdays and head north before noon on Sundays if possible.

Premier Passport

Are you a AAA Member or visiting Bellis Fair from out of town? Be sure to stop by the Mall Management Office located in the JCPenney wing to pick up your complimentary Premier Passport Savings Sheet, good at participating retailers. Simply present your out of state identification or AAA card/identification and receive your Premier Passport.

Bellis Fair Offers Family-Friendly Amenities

Bellis Fair makes the shopping experience for families with young children easier and more enjoyable with Preferred Family Parking spaces near both Food Court entrances.

Also available to families are the Children’s Play Area, with complimentary handwipes, and the convenience of our Family Lounge and Restroom.

Bellis Fair supports Habitat for Humanity of Whatcom County

Bellis Fair has partnered with Habitat for Humanity in Whatcom County to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is part of a national partnership between General Growth Properties, (Bellis Fair's owner/management company) and Habitat for Humanity International. Over the next three years, shoppers will be invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Habitat for Humanity in Whatcom County.
